The OceanFIND is a compact 3000m rated satellite tracking system for lost ROVs, submersibles or similar buoyant subsea assets. It utilises satellite positioning data and an Inmarsat IsatData Pro transceiver to relay the precise location of an ROV, AUV or other submarine vehicle to its owner via a dedicated tracking website.

The system is automatically activated when the positively buoyant underwater vehicle on which it is installed floats to the surface. The owner will be notified of the precise location within hours of it arriving at the surface.

OceanFIND is supplied with a battery pack which will give several weeks of continuous operational use when tracking a lost asset. Under normal circumstances the battery pack will last for several years, assuming it is placed in standby mode when not in use.

Mobile apps are available for Apple and Android platforms as an alternative to the main tracking website.
